SKF Maintenance Products, part of the SKF group has launched a new single-point automatic lubricator; the SKF SYSTEM 24 LAGE series.

SKF’s vast experience in the development of rolling bearings forms the basis for the development of a wide range of high quality lubricators to help ensure the best lubrication practices. For more than a decade, the SKF SYSTEM 24 family of automatic lubricators has proven to be to be the best in class, offering reliable lubrication solutions for a wide range of applications.

 The new addition to the SKF SYSTEM 24 family; the SKF SYSTEM 24 LAGE Series is a single point electro mechanical driven automatic lubricator system. Highly reliable and flexible in operation; the lubricator is suitable for a wide range of applications and operating conditions. The dispense setting of the lubricator is user adjustable to either 1,3,6,9 or 12 months. In combination with SKF’s DialSet program (available from mapro.skf.com), the dispense setting is easy to calculate for a wide range of bearings and operating conditions. Once set, the lubricator will deliver the optimum amount of lubricant to the application for the required time period without the need for user intervention.

The lubricators are supplied with a wide range of high quality SKF lubricants each specially formulated for the respective field of application. SKF SYSTEM 24 LAGE lubricators are cost effective in operation as they are reusable. Once the lubricant canister is empty, a refill set can be ordered and used with the drive unit. Supplied ready-to-use straight out of the box, the lubricator is easy to install and activate and requires no special training.
